Coach @ndimarco123 just completed his 27 day challenge! 10,000 kb swings and 100,000m rowed! He’s thinking about restarting it on the second of July! Ask him for some details if you’re interested! #Repost @ndimarco123 with @get_repost ・・・ Done! 10,000kb swings and 100,000m rowed in 27 days. This was a lot of fun and a great challenge. I averaged about 450 kb swings and about 5,000m a day, only taking Sundays off. What I learned is that I’m extremely goal oriented. This is probably the most consistent I’ve been with my diet and overall time management since I hurt my hip. I feel like I stayed more consistent with my diet because I’d always think to myself “you did all this work today, why are you going to ruin it with McDonalds?” In the process my conditioning has gone through the roof. My hip and groin have gotten stronger. I’m filling out my Virus Tights in all the right places 🍑, to which @britt.a.smithh is a fan of 😉 and I’ve lost 15 pounds. Not sure where I’m going to go from here. I might start it all over again for the month of July but with a heavier KB. Either way I’m really happy with the way this month turned out! Move a little everyday.
