5 Lunges each leg
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups

Strength
OHS – 5×5 – Start off light and increase each set. No failing and take your time. It’s not a rush, its an opportunity to sit in the bottom and relax into a good overhead position.

Workout

10 Push Press 45/35#
10 Wall Balls – 20/14#
