Stop making excuses and put in the work!! Inspired by coach @ndimarco123 several of our members have taken up the KB challenge! It’s a great way to step away from your desk and get some blood flowing throughout the day! With all the new studies that are saying “sitting is the new smoking” it’s important to remember to get up and move! It doesn’t have to be kettlebell swings, (they just happen to be @ibjedimaster1038 favorite movement), it can be anything. Stop once an hour and bang out 10 push-ups and 10 Squats. Lunge to the coffee machine. Whatever!! Just get up and move! Proud of you!
