Under the watchful eye of Coach @britt.a.smithh our athletes are getting stronger and more fit. Many of them have been able to get off their medications and have been told by their doctors to keep doing “whatever they’re doing”. What are they doing? Showing up and working hard. Consistently. That’s it. That’s the secret. Just hard consistent work!

Push Press – 3,3,3
Push Jerk or Split Jerk – 1,1,1
Build Upon each set and exercise to a moderately set of 5 Press, set of 3 Push and set of 1 Jerk
