Time to own up to your own actions!  Take this test if you find that you “don’t have enough time to get to the gym”. Go on your phone and see where YOU have wasted time throughout your day.  It’s an eye opening experience. You don’t need hours to get a good workout in.  In the second video (swipe to the right) I work up to a 90% back squat and clean up in roughly 15 minutes.  Is this ideal for every day?  No, of course not. Some days you will have more time than others. The point is that you can find the time, each and every day, to get in the gym and put in some work! A successful week starts today!  Prep your meals, plan out your work schedule, make a list of priorities and find time within your schedule to make it to the gym.  There are no excuses!
