Max Out Friday has been a long standing Weightlifting event. It’s an awesome time for us to get together and cheer each other on and at the same time compete to see who can get the closest to our max or better yet, set new PRs! We’re taking it a step further this year! We have an Undisputed Championship Belt to award to the athlete who gets the highest Percentage of their Maxes! It earns you a picture on our Wall Of Gainz, to be forever immortalized as the Champion! This week @daevee is going to be defending his title against a hungry group of Horsemen! We’re excited to fill this board up! Who will win? Who will leave it all on the Platform? Who will earn the bragging rights for another week?
