It’s not just our Weightlifting Team that’s PR’ing left and right! The Functional Fitness side of the House is making huge strides. Lately it’s been this guy, @patrickknoblauch. He PRd his clean, PRd his Jerk, added 15 pounds to his Clean complex this week, PRd his Snatch, is linking Toes 2 Bars, and is always pushing the pace in the workouts! So what’s the secret? The community at @fourhorsemensc. These guys and girls keep tabs on each other and push each other to be the best they can. The friendly banter and competitiveness is not only hilarious to watch, it’s making everyone better! We are ending 2017 in a huge way!!
