MARK YOUR CALENDARS!  This Saturday at 9am we are having an Ultimate Wall Ball Game!  We use an 8# ball, so don’t worry about it being too heavy!  

 

Strength
EMOM x 8
1 Squat Snatch @ 70% 1RM.  Increase Throughout!

Conditioning
3 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
12 power snatches – 115/80
6 chest to bar pull ups
6 hand release push ups
