REMINDER!  We have TENAYA’S TAKEOVER Tomorrow night at 7:00pm!  If you want to get your Strongman/Powerlifting on, make sure you show up!  It’s been a packed house the last few weeks and the workouts have been BRUTAL!  Make sure you show up!
