Strength
Thruster – Work to a heavy set of 5, then a heavy set of 3 then a heavy single.  Can be taken from the rack!

Conditioning

AMRAP 7:
3 Thrusters (95/65), 3 Burpees
6 Thrusters (95/65), 6 Burpees
9 Thrusters (95/65), 9 Burpees

Add 3 Repetitions per round.
