1-4 = 1 Hang Snatch Above the Knee
5-9= 1 Hang Snatch Below the Knee
10-12= 1 Snatch from the floor

Conditioning
The Chief
5 Rounds
Each a 3 Minute AMRAP
3 Power Cleans – 135/95
6 Push Ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1:00 between each 3 Minute AMRAP

Score is total REPS
You restart each AMRAP at the beginning.
